Unable to adjust temperature

Great location on a quiet street within easy walking distance of museums, restaurants, and shopping. We enjoyed sitting on the lovely front porch. The comfy bed, coffee bar, and kitchenette were perfect. Good communication and off street parking were helpful.

Accountability, Communication, & Cleanliness. I knew a lot about their personal life in the first phone call- that should’ve been a red flag but I wasn’t thinking of it like that. I just wanted my simple question answered, not a story. I began to get mixed answers from his wife and quickly found out what he was speaking on- they should fix that. They went back n forth about check in time (between one another I could tell because they were both messaging me) due to the cleaners just for HAIR/ SKIN to be on the toilet, in the shower, and food on the floor.. I have pictures of some but because I didn’t have all he only offered me to “check out”! I’ve never experienced this, they’re actually disgusting people STAY AWAY and I have receipts of everything. They only changed their tune semi when I didn’t respond and they still didn’t have a solution. The character of the unit is not enough, I’m so grateful I didn’t pay too much for this unit as the people that run it make it - not worth it. If he were a professional like he basically said his wife wasn’t… he would’ve fixed that issue like every other host has ?? So weird. But never again. Oh and the pictures are NOT updated, bed is the only thing that looks better, they changed out a nice leather sofa for something cheap and dirty. You also need a puffer jacket for the bathroom (space heater not enough) just info if for some reason you still book here.

The location was great, and the room was really cute. The bed was very comfortable and they had a nice set up for guests in terms of the kitchen and such.

The room felt cold – especially the bathroom. They did turn the heat up a couple degrees for me, but I preferred to have it down at night and didn’t have any control over it. I found a space heater in the closet I used in the bathroom. At one point there was a dog barking next-door for quite a while and I finally left.

Great location, and the off-street parking was a major bonus. Loved being able to walk most places and easy to get to the bus as well. Good size space and loved being able to bring the dogs with us.
