غير نظيف وغرفة صغيرة جدا كمًا الاثاث سيئ ولا يوجد خدمة عملاء ترد على الهاتف لتلبية احتياج النزيل على مدى فترة اقامتي كلها كما لايوجد موظف استقبال عمال النظافة هم من يستقبلون النزلاء في الاستقبال كما انه وقعت حادثة مؤلمة بالفندق. حيث سقط طفل من الدور السابع من خلال النافذة ولم يكن الموظفون المسؤولون في الفندق موجوديين حيث تواجدو بعد حضور الجهات الرسمية بعد نصف ساعة
