Nautica by the Beach

It is a self catering apartment. Close to restaurants and grocery shops. You can see the beach from the apartment and the view is breath taking. Sounds of the waves can be heard at night. The hosts are good people and easy to communicate with. We even met Lindy's father who is also very friendly. We wished we could have stayed longer.

We were there for a holiday so we did not concentrate on the negatives. We made use of what was available and we had a great time.

The apartment was very clean, the host was very kind and welcoming and I loved everything about the apartment , sea view, close to the mall and shopping center and it is in a very safe area where there are patrollers

The apartment is spacious and feels safe, with fantastic views and comfortable beds.

The location was excellent, all the places we wanted to see were within easy reach. The view of Table Mountain, Robben Island and the sound of the ocean from the balcony were just superb. The kitchen was well equipped with all the utensils and gadgets we could ever need to use. We also appreciated the availability of cleaning materials and the extra blankets became very useful as it became chilly at some stage.

In future you could consider installing a heating/cooling system in the house, the one small heater was not sufficient when it got cold. Otherwise we cannot think of anything else we did not like.

Location n cleanliness.

Bath room toiletries were less. Kitchen also could have been better equipped.

I liked that it was spacious and that 7 of us could stay there comfortably. There is enough place to sit and relaxed. The TV is big and good quality. Having a washing machine and dryer made it perfect. It is close to the beach.

There was no hairdryers available.

The host gave us a welcome tour of the place. All the rooms. How to lock and open, how the TV works, the Wi-Fi, the under tile heaters, the stove, washing machines and dryers, dish washer, microwave and many more.The lift was working very nice. He went out to show us the beach and the nearby complex. The balcony was so wonderful. The view of the sea. The beautiful Table mountains, Robben island and Capetown was very clear. In the evening the lights were beautiful. He was always on call if we have a crises. He gave us cleaning material and woofer for us to clean. Unlike others who will give you a small liquid to help you while you are ready for grocery. On the last day he came to receive the keys. We were very happy

Beautiful veiw and the place is child friendly . The host Christian was very good !.I would strongly recommend the place .
