LA CASETTA NEI COLLI

The location and the nature around was very nice and close enough to Bergamo center

The room had been poorly renovated. There were holes in the floor that had not been sealed, the lighting was inadequate and the ceiling in the bathroom was broken. Even though we had booked a triple room they called us half an hour before we arrived to ask if we wanted a third bed.We were too tired to wait for another bed to be brought to us even though we paid for it. The worst thing of all was that inside the room we found a scorpion walking on the wall, which shocked us quite a bit since there was a child with us.When we left, we left the scorpion on top of the fridge for the management to find. What really bothered us was their total silence after that.We were at least expecting them to contact us to see if we were okay.

For the price, a great room, location, attentive owners, comfortable and all the features of something much more expensive.

Not much really, it was great for what I needed. My only observation is that you can here other people coming and going clearly in the room I had.

Le propriétaire est très serviable, très a l écoute.

Il manque de prises et pas d interrupteurs près du lit. Sinon tout est parfait.

Location molto bella per chi ama la tranquillità e la vita fuori dalla frenesia delle città. Posizione ideale per scoprire la bellezza dei colli bergamaschi (e comunque, per stradine panoramiche, a 45 minuti a piedi da Bergamo Alta). Camera molto bella: spaziosa, luminosa, pulita e dotata di ogni comfort. Proprietari molto gentili e disponibili.
