"Denied accommodation"

They demanded an increased fare from us and denied accommodation at the price stated in booking app. We were stranded and had to search other properties at midnight.

No, they never give room, manager says we never open bookings. Com till a months so we never given room they never considered our booking just void us and ask more money i booked 535rs room in bookings. Com but they ask 1200 so we not stay there

More owner's not charge same price given in tariff, that too in kovalam kerala, so bookings should not keep in your website or app,next time we never go there through booking. Com
