Nothing to like.

On booking.com it is mentioned that it is pet friendly place. After reaching goa first task was to search the premises as no one was responding on the call, even after seeing whatsapp msg. Premises name mentioned on booking.com and actual name is totally different. While booking the premises on booking. Com it is mentioned that it is pet friendly and hence only have booked. after a struggle of 5 hours of searching the premises we came to know it is not a pet friendly premise. We are group of 12 person including senior citizen. You can not imagine how frustrated we were at that time. The staff and the owner both were too pathetic. They don't have basic manners to communicate with the customer. That owner lady, she was ohhhhh... I don't have any word, we were facing issue and angry but she was very rude..... I am not sure how you are accepting this type of premises for your customer. This was the first booking have done from your site, will never do any booking from your site as it is totally fraud. Misleading information on the site, which put people on trouble with their family.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had a wonderful stay at Hotel in Calangute. The hotel is located very close to the beach, making it easy and convenient to enjoy the sea and nearby attractions. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff was friendly, polite, and always ready to help. The location is perfect for anyone looking to stay near Calangute Beach. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, and I would highly recommend this hotel to families, couples, and friends visiting Goa.

The location was easy to reach.

The overall experience is very bad. To begin with there was no WiFi in the room. After asking multiple times to the property manager he said it will be fixed tomorrow and it didn’t fix in 6 days.There was a water leak from the AC in the room. Due to which there was water all over the room. The room was not clean as expected. Washroom was dirty. The pool, we had to ask the manager to clean it 3-4 times. At the time of check in the jet spray was broken however it got fixed but the jet spray was not new. I’m not satisfied with the services and the amenities. There was a power cut on the 1st day and the power came after 3 hours, these guys do not have an inverter or generator back up. This place is highly not recommended.
