"Good"

Lovely views, plenty of parking and easy access. Nice TV and sitting area.

Fairly basic interms of furniture. Matresses extremely soft. No sugar in the kitchen.

"Pack a spare lighter!"

The location was perfect, spoilt for choice with footpaths you can reach on foot with views of Belper. The cottage was warm and cosy.

The cottage needs some TLC as the shower doors are broken and mould is growing up the walls. Some fixtures and fittings are loose and the toilet roll had seen better days (previously wet, I think). Needed a lighter to use the gas hob, you'd be stuck if the lighter ran out of fluid.
