LA TERRAZZA DEL SOLE

The location is amazing, nice place, too close to the centre

To be honest, the landlord tried to charge me more because I had 2 kids during my booking. I have mentioned the kids' age and full details. Another thing was that late afternoon, my kids were in the kitchen, they moved the chair, so the people from downstairs were complaining to the landlord that we had been disturbed, so they were more particular

La posizione era molto comoda e ben fornita

La pulizia lascia molto a desiderare, i mobili della cucina non venivano lavati da tempo, il frigo non era stato svuotata e il proprietario mi ha lasciato dei ghiaccioli nel lavandino e nel bagno c'erano residui di polvere e peli. Inoltre era stata spenta l'acqua calda e la lavatrice non funzionava (però era indicata come presente in struttura)

The host was very friendly and answered quickly to the phone. He met us at the main door and checked us in, even if it was later than expected due to our flight being delayed. The breakfast included tee, coffe and a large variety of typical Italian breakfast. The host also left us some water bottles in the fridge , which was a very kind gesture , especially with the heat and because all supermarkets were closed since we arrived late in Taranto. Overall, it was an amazing stay and we will definitely go back as both location and property are perfect for us.

Posto vicino al centro, parcheggio facile, bel terrazzo, buona colazione biancheria pulita.

Condizionatori non ben funzionanti(faceva caldo) ed essendo un attico il sonno non é stato piacevole. Pulizia mediocre soprattutto sul terrazzo abbandonato un po a se stesso..
