Felt very homely. Perfect for our stay. Had everything we needed.

Nothing everything was fine

Location to Wembley was good, however the area itself seemed a little sketchy. If you don't mind hearing police driving by all night long then you will be fine.

Broken glass in the kitchen floor, empty alcohol bottles on the patio, walls dirty, broken piece of wood under the oven, closest full of junk.

The apartment was clean,warm and very comfortable.

Location is far from city centre.Actualy traveling by car takes about 1 hour and a half.When you check Location on the web page it says about 40 minutes by car which doesn't represent real situation.Everything else was excellent.

The hotel is located far from central London in Wembley, but it is suitable for those seeking quiet. The kitchen is fully equipped, and everything you need is available in the apartment. Its location is excellent, being above a supermarket. The communication team is very responsive without delay, friendly, and helpful.

However, there are a few drawbacks: 1. Climbing the stairs in two stages, which is inconvenient, especially with large luggage. 2. There is a significant issue with the cleaning method, which caused my daughter to have a skin problem due to the poor hygiene during cleaning. The cleaner uses the vacuum cleaner to clean the bathroom and then uses it to clean the rooms. This method spreads diseases, and the smell of the machine while operating is extremely unpleasant. The cleaner should be warned and not use the machine in this way, and the covers and sheets should be changed.

The floors were a little bit grubby

It was easy to check in and check out. Clean property but doesn’t have a washing machine

The location is on the main road and it is extremely noisy, plus it is on top of Tesco and you can hear the deliveries very early in the morning

Decent location, good kitchen facilities and comfortable beds. Above Tesco express so handy for food and essentials. Only gave four stars because of awful check in process

The check in process is a nightmare with far too many hoops to jump through to get the codes for the doors. When I eventually did get them, the door to the flat wouldn’t open so I had to call again to get it changed. It could do with some new fans too as it’s a bit stuffy and some of the fans were inadequate
