Coded access was good however, the code didn’t work when we arrived and we had to call the out of hours number to gain access. Nice comfy beds just a shame we was not provided with the correct bedding for the correct amount of guests we had booked for!

We got kind of lost and had to call the number provided to get directions, however the lady on the other end of the phone didn’t have a clue on how to direct us or where the property was actually located herself, (perhaps having a member on staff that can help assist guests, better is best) Booked apartment for 6, there ample beds for all us however the Sofabed was left with a single duvet only and it was meant for two guests! The pillows weren’t the best either, pieces of the blinds were missing in places letting all the light in the morning which was quiet annoying! Only 4 towels left for 6 guests, there was a cupboard room which had a washing machine in that was literally full of dirty laundry obviously from previous guests! The oven hadn’t been cleaned and smelt so bad of whatever had been cooked in there! This property hold a security deposit prior to check in (which is fine) however I find it very annoying when no cleaning items are left ie cleaning cloths, a washing sponge (instead a dirty old used one) so at least they can be used to clean up before guest check out!

The apartment was large, clean and well appointed. Very comfortable and very bright. Very close to the bus stop and to a grocery store. We were not driving, but it has private parking. We really liked it and we wouldn’t hesitate to come back.

Great location, clean and comfortable

The door in the living area which leads to the balcony would not lock. We rang the emergency number provided and spoke to a male who was very unhelpful. He gave no help.

It is conveniently located next to Tesco Express and just off the road so it’s easy to get to.

The condition of the equipment in the apartment eg, bin lid was broken, missing cutlery etc

Good location

it was very easy to get in and out of the apartment. It was a 20 minute walk from 2 different tube stations so even though it took an hour to get to central, it wasn't hard.
