My expectations were exceeded

Nothing to like. It was HORRIBLE!!!!!

I had a very disappointing experience at the property. The host was unprofessional, dismissive, and unwilling to take feedback—clearly lacking an understanding of good hospitality. None of the listed amenities were available. There was no shower, and I had to boil water using a kettle to bathe. The advertised free taxi transfers were not offered; instead, the host demanded payment for transport. The listing falsely claimed a balcony and city views—neither of which exist. The property is located on a noisy road, is poorly maintained, and had a rusted fridge, which raises hygiene concerns. The house was infested with ants and cockroaches and had an unpleasant smell throughout.
