Don’t pay by credit card via Booking, because you will be forced to pay again on site since they cannot recover the money. Until I get my money back, my rating and review will stay like this. It's a shame to pay via Booking by credit card and then arrive at the hostel (it's not a hotel just in case) and have to pay again since apparently they are not able to recover the money via booking, only reservations. A person who went through another website like Booking had the same problem.. They should disable the online payment option and let the payment on site but they don't. Communication in English with the staff was complicated with them. Edit : After seeing the answer of the manager, I want to clarify, tell me where I write the hotel wasn’t clean ? I have NEVER requested any additional benefits that’s a lie. What can I ask seriously as additional benefits ? And I’m trying to contact Booking currently to get the money they charged me when I made my reservation online, that’s why I said as long as I haven’t get my money my whole review will stay negative in all aspects this because what I wrote is the truth. I have never been charged twice before for a reservation, this is why I’m writing a comment to not pay by card on Booking because you will pay again on site as you can’t get the money. (You’re also admitting this)

All.Manager is super profesional Girl

Really amazing staff, amazing stay, and room was really good with balcony. They even provided free wine bottle during New Year as gift. So i highly recommend for people to stay at this place. And it is near to all tourist places and in the central tblisi.
