Excellent location. 5 minute walk from main town but in a quiet area. Staff were very attentive and welcoming!

Everything is available! Kitchenware, walis, mop, baygon, wifi. Water is clear and clean naman din. Quiet yung place makakapagrest ka talaga. Very nice room for those who will stay more in outdoor.

Yung daan na matarik hahaha pero thank God hindi kami nadulas or what. Also, I suggest na magkaron ng sabitan for wet clothes sa bathroom.

Awesome spot with great facilities. Big living space and beds comfortable and clean. Thank you so much for a great stay!

No signage to locate the property, Not recognisable on maps as there is another Mayad Hostel which is easier to find. Check out time is listed as 12pm on booking.com and also in writing at the property, I was woken up at 7.30am by the host ringing me asking what time I was checking out at, on telling her it would be 11.30am she said checkout was 11am, and was already at the property cleaning reception and trying to get into our room at 9.45am. Very intrusive and strange behaviour. There is also no front door to the main kitchen/lounge area so anybody could potentially walk in. We only felt safe as there is a lock on the actual dorm room door. Would not recommend.

Farrah was great at accomodating our clan of 10 - she worked hard to book all of our tours here at El nido and even the Van service to and from the Airport - she even gave us great recommendations on Restaurants in the area 😁 the room was also excellent with a very clean and spacious area!!

Some services seemed to be down but we were quickly helped out!

The personnel was amazing even when I was upset about the ac not working. They came to assist me and made sure that our needs were met. Their concern for our health and safety was genuine. Their patience was admirable. Love them!

The ac filter was dirty and the bathroom sink didn’t work.
