The Retreat at Plover Cottage Lindley

Es war sehr gepflegt und sauber. Die Lage zur City war hervorragend und die Gegend selbst exklusiv. Es war ruhig, trotz Anlieger und ein kleiner preiswerter Kaufmann direkt an der Ecke, auch Kaffees und Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe.

Kaffee und Tee haben gefehlt. Bis jetzt hatten wir in allen unseren Unterkünften etwas womit man sich mal schnell versorgen konnte auch wenn man spät kam und oder fremd war. Das Sofa war zum schlafen so la la

Only that There was no washing machine as advertised.

The property was as listed on the site. But it had a lovely feel to it too. It was clean and tidy and decorated to a high standard. Would stay again if in the area. Was a lovely village location. With a bus stop within 2 minutes walk away, and a Sainsbury’s local even closer.

Just one small detail I thought was missing, but I think the property was more for longer stays than ours was. We were only there one night and to be honest we didn’t really spend a lot of time in there as we were at a gig nearby. But there wasn’t any sachets of coffee or tea. I know it’s a small thing but we didn’t realise until we got back from the gig at 11.30 pm and we were really looking forward to a cuppa. But none available. It was probably in the small print. Also no shampoo etc in the bathrooms. Soap at the sink but nothing for a shower.

The Retreat is well named. Beautiful piece of paradise in Lindley. The bed was so comfy. And big. Everything was perfect, All the facilities, the check in and out process, the location . So close to public transport and Sainsburys and all the lovely shops in Lindley.

Not applicable - this was self catering. The property was well appointed with a kitchenette and plenty of space to eat if required. A lovely place in an ideal location close to all amenities

It would have been good to have sachets of coffee or teabags available

Lighting in the kitchen was a bit sparse.

Nice and clean

We got the wrong code to get the keys from the lock but the owner was literally 1min away. She answered my call immediately and came to help. She was so nice and helpful. She upgraded us to a wonderful little flat which allowed us to have our family around for dinner. The kitchen was great for a weekend cooking. There was a fire (we put it on and it created a great atmosphere), a TV (didnt try it sorry). Stunning decoration, super clean and just across a church for Sunday service. I have given the details to my sister in law for her to rent it when she goes to visit her family. Stunning place. Will go back no doubt. Highly recommend it.

There is nothing I didnt like. It was just all perfect.
