Servizi come colazione e cena non garantiti. Noleggio scooter difficile. Personale non accogliente. Atmosfera strana.

My experience would have been peaceful but with untrustworthy staff, I didnt feel safe in the end and left early. For example, one of the staff who goes by Ann or TucAnn, insisted she keep for me my silver lighter locked in a drawer with a key and when i asked for it back, she said it was gone. She took no accountability for it. It costed me 500k. She also made a racist comment in front of everyone that she "would not want to be black" and they just laughed it off. When a new guest came who started bullying me with racist "jokes" like, you should delegate your work to a Filipino to work hard for free, not only was it laughed off but it was celebrated. This was AFTER I made a complaint that this guest was harrassing me by constantly demanding I do things for him, like pick up his package at the gate. I was a guest!! This was abusive. The Lakehouse was quiet except for the daily construction of a new apartment directly next door. The rooms in the main house have thin walls so its hard to rest with the hammering and weilding all day. There is also a karaoke bar next to that where they blast music and singing even until midnight. The dorms are cramped, beds are hard, and over 12 adorable cats. In case you're allergic, you will find cat hair on your bed sheets (with a damp smell) and on your laundry as they mix guest clothes with other things. Swimming in the lake is not allowed and at night it can feel isolating if you dont have a moped as Grab doesnt come there at night.

It was a nice location , the staff were friendly

It was a total shit hole , very dangerous electrical installation by water in showers , it’s only a matter of time before someone gets electrocuted, would be shut down immediately if it was in England

The atmosphere is very homey, the views of the lake are fantastic. So close to town and yet you are in the middle of nature. Staff is very helpful and nice.
