Villas at Laguna Bay

Es un sitio muy tranquilo para descansar, sin ningún inconveniente para el ingreso y durante nuestra estadía muy cómodos con todo lo necesario, lo que estábamos buscando. El parqueadero sin problemas y en nuestro caso que viajamos con niños es muy recomendado..

The location was great. Very convenient and close to everything. The host was also very responsive.

When we arrived there were people working on the bathroom in the master bedroom so we were unable to use that bathroom until the next day. The host did however refund us $50 for the inconvenience. The house was also very dirty. It seemed like it was never cleaned by the cleaners. Floors, counters in bathroom and kitchen were dirty, we had to go out and buy things to clean up the house. The pool was nice but the water was so hot that it really didn’t help keep us cool at all. The clubhouse could also have a little more, maybe games or things for kids to do since there was only a pool table.

Good location and was great having all the facilities we needed. Great host, responsive when needed and got TV problem solved quickly. Good for the price.

A bit tired looking. A fresh coat of paint and getting rid of some fake flowers would help a lot. Mattresses on twin beds were uncomfortable.

Construction work put my family in danger roof was ripped off while we were in it Nails and roof debris everywhere on the floor

Dirty Old fashioned Owners took out money knowing the roof was being replaced and facilities weee closed

The apartment was spacious and cozy. Everything needed was found in the apartment. The pool area was nice. There was also a Finnish sauna that we tried! There was also a gym and billiard table. The area was very peaceful and there was no disturbance from other people. All services were really close. Walmart, for example, was only a couple of miles away. The owner was really helpful, we got good service.

The apartment needs a little upgrade. A small surface renovation should be done. For example, paint walls and change to a more modern interior. Of course, this didn't bother us. More hampered by dirty windows and dust that had accumulated on top of decorative objects. The beds in the second bedroom were really bad. The springs of the mattresses were felt all the way to the back.
