The location was great, bit noisy being on the main road but won't complain, this was reflected in the price.

Booking.com! I raised a complaint about a 30% voucher code not being applied and I have heard nothing since! I have tried calling, emailing messaging through the host...nothing. I was told resoulution would be 48 hours and it has been over 1 week!
