I don't get room like the picture show. Me disappointed. The door difficult to lock and open. No friendly staff attertain me. No staff to refer if anything need.

The price was really cheap when we booked the room. The location is strategic if you're planning to navigate around Penang island by Grab, since it's in Pulau Tikus, which is closer to Ayer Itam (Penang Hill and Kek Lok Si Temple), and Balik Pulau (paddy fields, farms), compared to staying in the centre of Georgetown. However, it is not too far from central Georgetown as well, you can walk for like 5 mins to a bus stop and take a bus to famous places in central Georgetown like the Penang Road Famous Laksa, Roti Bakar Hutton Lane, Chowrasta market etc. There's a Mr. DIY in 10 mins walking distance where you can buy water, or there's also a water dispenser at the ground floor.

The room we booked was supposed to be big enough to fit 4 adults according to the website, but in reality, it would be especially cramped for, say, 4 adult men. The bathroom is in like a small container, with a small basin, toilet and shower. The basin is connected to the bidet spray and everytime we used the basin, it will start leaking. The shower drain got a bit clogged after a few showers, so we had to wait for a very long time for the water to be drained before the next person can shower. The lights are quite dim and soundproof is very bad, you can hear your neighbours if they speak a bit louder. The upper bed makes noises as long as there's a bit movement. The entrance's lock takes quite sometime to relock itself again, and if someone forgets to close the door, it won't make any alert sounds, which I think is quite dangerous. Will recommend if you're only staying for one night, on a budget, and travelling with a maximum of 3 people (if you plan to stay in the same room). Will not recommend if you're new to travelling, especially solo travelling, and expect to have reception, security guards, etc., or if you're a light sleeper. Lastly, remember to save the owner's phone number as you will be contacting the owner for any issues.
