Schöne alte Villa am Stadtrand mit Meerblick und einem wunderschönen Garten mit Jacuzzi und Grill.

Vom Meer sind es einfach einige hohe Stufen bis zur Villa und dann muss man sich noch mit vollem Gelato-Magen in den dritten Stock kämpfen.

Sehr schöne Mischung zwischen historischem Gebäude und moderner Inneneinrichtung. Wunderbar sind auch der Blick auf das Meer und der Garten .

Der Lärm der Strassen. Aber die Wohnung hat gut isolierte Fenster.

Vergognoso 130 scalini a salire a piedi, una rampa a salire parecchio ripida anche dal garage, insomma esperienza da non fare

"Magnifica vacanza in villa sul mare"

La villa ha una vista pazzesca sul mare le stanze sono ampie i soffitti alti e in cucina anche affrescati la casa è arredata con un bellissimo stile e con pezzi di arredamento molto ricercati. Il giardino è fantastico e anche il passaggio privato in spiaggia è un elemento unico
