"AVOID ITS A SCAM!"

Awful experience. I called an hour before check-in to get the instructions and was told the property shouldn’t have been available due to maintenance issues. Instead of a proper solution, they moved us to a much cheaper, low-quality hotel and refused to issue a refund. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable

"Do not book this property is a scam and booking.com won’t refund you"

This property is a scam don’t book. Called the day before we were meant to stay to confirm check in times and got told the property is no longer available and to call booking.com for a refund. Booking.com would not refund us due to being told that we stayed there which never happened.

"Steer Clear of this area"

Clean bedding. Hosts are nice people.

Dirty shower. Dirty kitchen wear. The area is horrendous. All windows and doors are covered in bars. Neighbours arguing and shouting all day and all night. Random guy on drugs started cleaning the wibdows with a mop at 10:30pm.

Not a great deal

No cutlery no glasses toilet seat broken no electricity worked upstairs dangerous when your getting in early hrs and can’t turn a light switch on specially with the steep stairs .No soap really simple things would have changed my review completely.
