Nothing from hotel.

They are cheaters, showing different rooms on app and cheap quality at property. Two different properties and room. Be careful don’t book thorough booking.com there is 2 same hotels.

Nothing to like Staff is so rude

Worst hotel Worst service Arrogant staff They offer us deluxe room with no view but we booked their super deluxe room with mountain view After that they told us to cancel the booking because they had provided that room to some other guest Worst service

"There is no any property in the name of Vista Grand or Grand Vista in Darjeeling. Customers"

I stayed there as per booking through booking.com.

I stayed there as per booking through booking.com. But hotel is not available at Darjeeling by this name. The manager placed us at a hotel named Bella Vista. Hence it was very problematic to search the hotel with help of Google maps.
