GBI have nothing bad to say!! The apartment was easy to locate, and right by multiple long/short stay car parks. Also a 5 minute walk to the pier and beach, couldn't be any better of a location! The host was supper attentive, and replied on the booking.com app frequently and quickly. Super helpful with our questions and requests. Flat is a great size, and has all you need for cooking in the home. Loved it all

Everything is fine
GBIt’s a lovely 2 bed apartment with everything you could possibly need! Close to everything. We were visiting our son at uni and the location was great for him too. Definitely recommend and would stay again.
Nothing to do with the property and nothing they could do but as I have to put something I’d say we had some noise outside on our first night, till early hours so we had to shut the windows which wasn’t great with the heat but again, nothing the owners can do to help this and didn’t stop us enjoying our time away.

GBEverything was perfect and thoughtfully designed for the guest. Basic amenities were available, which made things much easier, such as coffee, sugar, and toiletries in the bathroom (very useful initially until we went to the market). The cleanliness and location were excellent. (The intercom wasn't working, but I believe he will have fixed it for the next stay.)
GBIt’s close to the beach and city centre. Property has a long list of kitchenwares including but not limited to dishwasher, washing machine, induction stove, and microwave. They even have hairdryer and flat iron for your clothes! Name it they almost have it!
Upon arrival, we already noted that there’s no warm water. We then immediately informed the host. Good thing he responded right away and called his plumber to check the boiler after failing couple reset attempts. It was sorted in less than 30minutes.
GBI liked everything, it was very well organized and well equipped.
The bath and hand towels were neither clean nor in good condition, including the bed sheets.

NAThe place was very clean and it’s a stone throw from the beach and town centre great location. I would make it my home whenever I’m in Bournemouth.
