toilet has a slight foul smell suspect from the paint work, which need to address

A very pleasant experience staying at Rasamala & Cendana Apartment Menteng. The service is very good & all staff from security, reception, & other staff are very friendly. The room was clean, it's just the internet facilities at that time of our stay were a little less good.

unlimited supply of aqua so that we do not need to worry about running out of drinking water; easy communication through what's up if we need something which mostly were provided quickly (e.g., refill of aqua); long opening hours of the swimming pool.

there is no mat for the kitchen floor to keep it clean; no tea towel provided which does not explain how the guests expected to keep things clean in the kitchen; we need to ask soaps in the bathroom when it is clear that the bar soap almost disappeared and no soap dish to keep thing cleaned. Apparently, there have been cases of mobile phone snatchers in the streets outside the hotel, it would be good to have this warning from the staff. I got it from someone else.

Bed are comfy. Clean bedroom and livingroom. Nice sofa. Tv with netflix. Spacious room. Pool, jacuzzi, complete gym tools, pool table and basketball court

Bathroom has some bad odors. No tissue on the dinner table, some wardeobe are broken, not so cold AC in the large living room.

I really enjoyed this place, great location great facilities, everything was clean and the reception was very helpful. I highly suggest this.

I don't have any complaint to be honest, I liked this place and I would go back for sure.

Spacious. Good AC. Washing Machine which took awhile to figure out. Why they couldn't leave simple instructions is beyond me.

Very dark in the kitchen had to use a headlamp to cook. Oven didn't work. Microwave didnt work. No bottle opener. No toilet paper at all. Overpriced. 1.5 milion deposit when you bring a pet. Poor effort at sound insulation from adjacent train station. Very rude security to our Grab driver.

Location, ambience and services. Near commuter and easy access to public transportation.

Almost everything, it’s better they don’t accept dog rather than treat pets owner badly. Imagine they claimed that we could bring pet into property, but you have to carry your dog in the lobby, lucky my dog is only 6kg, i wonder other dog more than 6kg, imagine you have to carry your 30kg dog to your room appartement, what they are missing here is hospitality. Ascott management is below the standard, they need to fix their procedures , either pet friendly a 100% or no pet at all.
