Unfortunately the AC was not cold at all and slow wifi

I only liked the position.

As I said, I only liked the position the rest was not so good but for what you pay I believe you can't expect anything better. I wanted to have a swim in the morning but believe me that when I say that water was absolutely dirty & disgusting it's just because it really was.

close to Mrt and lotte mall

need to repair shower, toilet and also need to provide laundry and hunger

it's very convinient and nice location. and good to have self cooking

laundry machine is not available. can not make a call with number on hp and difficult to.pick key because security cannot speak english air con location is not enough to cool to sleep. and need to sleep 90degree rotate some facility is little bit old

The bed is very comfortable, all facilities is good, i feel like home Location in the central of bussines area, swimming pool is big and quite Staff is very kindly, free coffee and tea every day The best room in sudirman area Recomended

I liked how comfortable the bed was

There was a cockroach in the bathroom. The ‘flat screen tv’ did not work, there were no channels or streaming services available and I just got a fuzzy screen. There was no laundry detergent to wash my clothes in the provided washing machine and as someone on holiday you do not typically bring laundry detergent with you, it is expected. I also asked the staff about how to get the tv working to which ‘just one moment please’ was responded, however I never got any further information/response.
