Malabata Prime Location - Boulevard View Apt

L’appartement n 239 étage 5 à fuir vraiment, j’ai réservé 3 nuits avec piscine une fois arrivée sur place avec les enfants on m’annonce que la piscine est fermée pour le mois de septembre alors que sur le site c’était bien indiqué qu’il avait une piscine extérieur et même sur les photos, au final je suis restée une nuit et j’ai annulé ma réservation pour les deux nuits restantes j’ai contacté la propriétaire elle ne voulait rien savoir donc elle m’a volé 140€, à fuuuir

Het zwembad

Toen ik aankwam was het huis smerig. Ik moest 1 uur wachten totdat de schoonmaakster kwam en het duurde 1 uur voordat het huis schoon was. In de tussentijd kon ik niks doen. Ik bleef wachten totdat het huis schoon was. Dat duurde toen ik aankwam totdat het huis schoon was 2.5 uur. De airconditioning deed het ook niet. De advertentie klopt dus niet dat de airco werkt. Ik heb juist hiervoor deze kamer uitgekozen voor de airco en voor het zwembad. Ik heb meerdere malen via booking de eigenaar een berichtje gestuurd, maar die reageerde nergens op. Ik heb ook aangegeven dat ik compensatie ail hiervoor en de eigenaar heeft niet gereageerd. Ik vind het wel jammer dat de klachten niet serieus worden genomen door de eigenaar. Ik zou niemand aan raden om hier zijn geld uit te geven

One bedroom. Small apartment We prolonged our stay but where cherges for cleaning twice The toilet didnt flush well

Apartment was comfortable with good sized bedroom, lounge and full kitchen facilities, including washing machine which was handy.

Dishes from previous guests were washed but still in dishrack on bench. Bathroom bin hadn't been emptied. Disappointed that the swimming pool was empty also told it cost 7EU to use it, which wasn't noted in details. Location is on an extremely busy 6-lane road, where traffic is heavy all day and night. Although entertaining to watch, we found it very noisy.
