Beautifully set out , safe , So clean and tidy , rooms spotless , comfy +++beds and pillows Gorgeous flowers The most amazing breakfast , homemade foods all delicious , Emine and Faysal are the kindest generous people Well trained cats and a neighbouring dog I felt completely at home and would always book this when we go to dalyan again

Nothing to dislike

Great apartments which are simple and basic but very comfortable. Run by a lovely family who go out of their way to be helpful. A big plus is the breakfast, the best we have had in Turkey with plenty of variety and different dishes daily. Quiet area with the town centre a 10 - 15 minute walk.

Highly recommend Isil apártement; we came for last minute short trip to Dalyan and we glad that we stayed here, apartment had everything that we needed, pool is amazing, short walk to the town. Owners are lovely and very helpful, super nice breakfast freshly made every day just for our family. Thank you very much.

The breakfast was delicious and the staff were helpful and willing to accommodate requests. The pool area was clean and fitting for a family to stay and make use of. The staff did help in booking a boat trip and helped us to arrive at the boat as speedily as possible.

We had requested a cot, which was promised to us (provided one was available). What wasn't made clear was the fact that they only had one cot and one high chair available for the entire facility. Upon our arrival, close to midnight, we were told there was no cot for us as they had three children staying that night, and when we asked what alternatives there were, the staff seemed nonplussed and just suggested extra blankets. The problem was compounded by the fact that they only offered a twin bed, which we then had to shunt together in order to make room to co-sleep with the baby. Additionally, the bathroom emitted a seriously sulphurous odour which permeated the entire apartment. The cooktop was initially not working, and a kettle provided also didn't work. The fridge was set to off mode, without a clear indication that this was the fact, so we wasted some food for the baby by not realising there was cold storage available.

Breakfast was excellent, the owner and family couldn't do enough for you and would really go out of their way to help you. Thank you for a amazing time hope to be back soon.

Beds were comfortable and staff were nice, as was the garden/outside area of the hotel, which included a swimming pool and had places to relax.

The sofas in our room had a strong smell of urine. We had to put up with this for a night, then the following day after we complained, the owners moved us to another room. This new room had its own issue, as it had an ant infestation, with a long ant trail going all the way through our living room. The cleaner tried to get rid of this but to no avail. Additionally, it was advertised that there were two bikes available to rent for free, however, one of them was damaged and couldn't be used. Also it was slightly strange that the windows on the doors of the bathroom were semi see-through. Lastly, the WIFI signal was very poor in both the rooms we stayed in, either 1 bar or no connection at all.

The staff was friendly and it has a nice pool. Also the breakfast was verry good.

The room had some problems, broken bed, door problems, verry old AC and it was working only manually. Some of them were repaired quickly. Please take in consideration that this location is a budget one.
