USLocation is easy to get to by TRAIN. Buses were not reliable and it was almost impossible to find taxi. Alberto, the host was very clear and detailed about how to use 3 seperate keys to get in facility. He also explained the highlights of Florence with a map that was extremely helpful. The room is spacious with an adjoining patio and view of small plaza.
No AC which meant sleeping with windows closed because there were mosquitos and the choice to be eaten alive or sleeping next to a fan was a no brainer. There was a shower and shared bathroom that I used a couple times during the night to cool down.

AUBig room with balcony. It’s near a busy street however soundproof is great. Shared bathroom and kitchen were clean and not fully occupied. Breakfast was included. A coffee and pastry in the near cafe was nice.
Train to Florence central only comes every hour. So it’s not convenient if u miss the train. However it is only 15mins to central by train and the building is close to the station (about 10mins walk).
PLI’ve never felt so welcome in any hotel/b&b before! Excellent communication, very accommodating host and the warmest welcome possible by Alberto who made sure everything was explained clearly. He provided maps and great advice on Florence. The property is a 5 minute walk to the train station, Florence is 15 minutes away by train. The area is quiet but full of friendly locals - going back there after a day spent in busy, tourist packed Florence was excellent for unwinding and recharging the batteries. The room had everything I needed - a comfortable bed, LOTS of storage and even a balcony facing the square. The kitchen, although I didn’t have time to use it, was large, spacious and clean. So was the shared bathroom. I will definitely stay there again when I return to the area!

The accomodation is located next to a busy road and passing cars are really loud.
