These people who is managing the hotel stay are not trust worthy. The don’t take money while booking is because at their convenience they can hand over the stay to any one they want. This was a pathetic experience

When we arrived at the property with valid confirmation and booking Id we were told that the room is not available and they insisted us to travel 5 km far to a different hotel.
