Konnten erst 3 Stunden nach der vereinbarten Zeit hinein, da nicht geputzt war und dann war es auch nicht sehr sauber… Heißwasser nur nach langer Wartezeit und dann nur für 1xmal Duschen. Sehr abgelegen. Blick auf Baustellenruine

Top ausgestattete Wohnung in angenehm ruhiger Lage. Wunderbare Aussicht vom riesigen Balkon auf Natur und Meer.

Es gab zwar eine Kaffeemaschine, doch leider konnten wir in keinem Supermarkt kompatible Kaffeekapseln finden. Die Cafes in direkter Nähe haben aber Coffee to go, also wars nicht so schlimm.

I had a fantastic stay at this beachfront apartment! It looked exactly like it did in the pictures—modern, cozy, and beautifully furnished. Everything was spotlessly clean when we arrived, which made us feel comfortable right away. The location was absolutely perfect—just 300 meters from the sea, exactly as advertised. It was so convenient to walk down to the beach in just a few minutes

Unfortunately, we had an issue with the refrigerator during our stay. It wasn’t working properly—the minimum temperature it could reach was around 12°C, and it made loud noises while trying to cool down. Because of this, we didn’t really feel safe using it to store our food. It was also quite disturbing at night due to the noise. We reported the issue to the host, who was responsive and sent a technician. The technician confirmed that the fridge was faulty. However, no further action was taken to repair or replace it during our stay. This problem significantly affected our holiday experience, which was quite disappointing. :(

We arrived by car but will bycicles and it was a perfect spot to discover Grado and the countryside from there. You have the beach 2 mins from the flat where you can walk/run/bike to Grado very fast. The appartment is charming with a huge balcony and with tree and sea view. We will return!

We enjoyed this little gem, tastefully decorated, equipped with all essentials, lovely big terrace and in a very good location 3minutes to the beach. We were not so lucky with the weather (end of march) had some rainy days, but still we had a good time. Quiet neighbourhood, good café around the corner. Our host was reachable and reacted asap to all our messages. The only negative thing we noticed was that the boiler is small, it runs out of hot water fairly quickly. All in all we had a great time, would be happy to stay here again - maybe in summer ;)
