従業員の皆さん愛想がよく接客はとても満足できました。館内設備は古いものの必要なところは改修されていましたし、古きよき宿といった感じの調度品も沢山あります。 泊まったセミスイートのお部屋はとても眺望が良く感動しました。(有料BBQや無料で出入りできるテラスより上のフロアなのでそれよりも良い展望です)

総合的なところして設備の古さが目立つところが多々あります。清掃が綺麗なのに部屋のエアコンが古いせいで換気が悪く、前の宿泊客のタバコ臭が取れていなかったのが残念でした。 またアメニティがほぼ有料にも関わらず、必須品の用意があまりありません。歯ブラシと髪の毛のクシはありますが、ひげ剃りは有料ですし、化粧品関係は一切ありません(こちら大浴場へ行けば売店の試供品がありますが)、それを除くと自前で用意しないといけないのは、事前に説明がほしいかったです。大浴場だけの利用もできる関係でそうなっているのだと思いますが…
