Hice la reservación por aquí de una habitación premium king cuando lleguemos al hotel no había esa habitación y nos dieron una de menor comodidad por el mismo precio que iba a pagar por la premium. Las chicas de recepción cero empáticas y sin ninguna disposición de enmendar el error.

No se siente cuando se va la luz, ya que tiene. Planta eléctrica y se conecta en segundos.

El mantenimiento está bueno, pero hay detalles mínimos que pudieran arreglarse, como puntos de óxido, grietas en paredes eso haría pasar el hotel a 10/10

Hacen falta servicios de taxis en la puerta del hotel y servicios de turismo para ir a Morrocoy
