The hotel and rooms were beautifully decorated and furnished. The mattress was soft and comfortable. The air conditioner was cold and effective. The room was clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. I felt comfortable coming back to the room after a day of traveling. I was upgraded to a better room for free.

The shower water temperature was inconsistent — it was hot one second and cold the next. There were four bedside power sockets, but only one could charge a phone. Overall, the hotel offered great value for money.

Phong cách trang trí phòng rất chill. Các bạn nhân viên rất trẻ và phục vụ nhiệt tình chu đáo. Hỗ trợ đầy đủ các nhu cầu mà mình cần. Sẽ quay lại nếu có kỳ nghỉ tại Hạ Long

Gần khu vui chơi ở biển nên Bar chơi nhạc hơi muộn về đêm

We liked the quiet location, close walking to market, beach and Vui Fest Ha long. This is a quaint boutique Hotel with a built in cafe catering freshly cooked food and drinks. Staff were friendly and helpful particularly HA who is lovely. she spoke very good English and was extremely polite and helpful. Wonderful value for money.
