"Well appointed two room space"

Very wellthought out room to use the space for short or long stay. Fit our needs exactly. Spacious for three people. Kitchenette included. Nice location for restaurants and museums. Felt secure. Nice porch for watching the neighborhood. Parking behind was nice to have.

Room was on the third floor, wish I knew before booking. Only stairs. Hot water took a long time to reach shower.

"Excellent value and location"

This is an excellent value, superior hosts, close to everything and had all the amenities! We enjoyed shopping, restaurants and local color during our stay. The host was available and super friendly Stay here you will not be disappointed!

"Killer stairs for pet parents"

Comfortable and well equipped

It was listed on fido, imagine my surprise that after payment it said 3rd floor extremely inconvenient for this cover 80 yr woman traveling with a small dog. Luckily my much younger chauffeur helped me up and the food delivery man walked my dog for payment of course. This was very deceptive as a stay with a pet

"A good two nights in Richmond."

It easy to find and get into. Everything works. Good neighborhood.

A 3rd floor walk up is not for everyone. Stairs are carpeted and in good condition. Parking lot is big and easy to find. But it’s steep entry up from alley. My car bottomed out once.

The apartment had all the necessities and the location was great for our itinerary in Richmond with plenty to do within walking distance.

It can be noisy given the closeness of the other units and older construction. Also the door lock is very loud and the automatic light at the door is blinding. Investing in some sound proofing could go a long way for added privacy and comfort.
