The apartment is in a great location, in an alley close to a square, so it was quiet while being close to amenities. The city centre is also easily reachable on foot. We loved the balcony covered in grape wines.

It is not that easy to find parking spaces as the description would have one believe, we had to circle around to find places (and most places are not free, although cheap (€1/hour))

The historic old town is a 25-30 minute walk. The city center is easily accessible by public transport.

Finding a parking space nearby is practically impossible.

Great apartment with everything you need for a good stay and perfectly fine for a family of 4. Balcony was beautiful and Gianluca was excellent with all communication. 15-20 minute walk direct into the city.

The area was a little interesting and felt a little daunting in the evenings but Gianluca was great to reassure us it was safe for tourists.

The apartment is in walking distance to the city centre. It's an old building, so you get the proper feeling of living in Verona. Yet the apartment itself is up to date. Do enjoy the balcony.

While the photos don't lie, they make the place look bigger than it really is. That said, it's still perfectly fine.
