Mr. Sergio apartment

The apartment is very spacious, comfortable and modern. It's a corner unit on the first floor of the building. There was no noise at all from the other apartments. The apartment is in a good area with nearby supermarkets and restaurants. It was a pleasant 10 to 15 minute walk along the seafront to the centre of the old town. We arrived from Nysiros and Mr Sergio offered to arrange a taxi for us from Kardamena to the apartment. The taxi driver was excellent and met us as we stepped off the ferry.

There wasn't a kettle.

Large and spacious. Fabulous balcony for al fresco dining. Comfortable bedrooms.

Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig, bequem und sauber. Die Lage in der neuen Stadt ist abseits von touristischen Trubel und nicht besonders schön. In 20-30 Minuten kann man aber zu Fuß und schön am Meer entlang den Hafen und die alte Stadt gut erreichen.

The location was perfect for us as it was a 5 minute walk to the sea, 10 minutes to the old town and we were in a locals neighborhood with mostly Greek people who were all friendly! We walked to the ferry port on two days also to visit other islands. The host always replied to any messages quickly. The apartment was spotlessly clean when we arrived, beds and sofa very comfortable. The shower always had hot water and good pressure. The outdoor terrace area is large and well shaded. Would book the same place to stay if we return to Kos!

L’appartement est spacieux et très accommodant

The dimension of the apartment was big enough for all of us (four people). It was clean and quiet. The terrace was big and windy.

1) Late Check-in: The check-in was significantly delayed compared to our arrival time. We had to wait outside for over an hour because the landlord was not answering phone calls or responding to our messages via Booking. This left us confused and uncertain about the situation. 2) Accommodation Fee Misunderstanding: There was a misunderstanding regarding the "accommodation fee," which was supposed to be paid in cash to the landlord. This issue was resolved after the first week of our stay, and the landlord returned the money. However, it was an unpleasant situation that could have been avoided if the landlord had been more accurate with their bookkeeping. 3) Strict Check-out & No Luggage Storage: The check-out process was very strict, and there was no option to store our luggage in a secure place. We had asked in advance if any alternative arrangements were possible, but the response came too late and was not a viable solution.

La casa era grande, molto luminosa e accogliente. Aveva tutto il necessario per ogni eventuale esigenza. La cosa che ci ha entusiasmato di più della casa è stato il terrazzo, molto grande e abitale tanto che ogni sera cenavamo lì.
