GBLocation to the winter gardens was good.bed was comfortable and clean .
Room was dusty .wardrobe very flimsy.had water randomly leak in to the room on the first night, very strange thing to happen. The ground floor smells of damp .
GBThe location is great, a short walk to the promenade & activities. Did not hear traffic at night whilst in my room.
Great location in the day, but at night it's unnerving, this is when the local drug dealers & those that use come out to play. They beg for money & cigarettes whilst en route to a local drug den situated only a few doors away!!! Being a 61yr old guy who's a smoker I was approached by such people & felt very very intimidated by them. The stage door is located in a run down area many buildings boarded up, empty or in disrepair, hence the back streets are at night are used for to rendezvous in selling & buying drugs!!! A scary place to be at night only when deviod of tourists.

ESNice people. Cheap , clean and cheerful. A bed is is not for very tall people. Towels on the small side. Good WiFi. Nice hot shower in the morning. Many stairs so not for people who have problems with that. I was happy there. Recommended for any one on a tight budget and it's nice and clean

GBThe staff were really nice, the room was passable and clean so no issues, but the little bar area had turned into living quarter for the staff which we didn't like and please use some air freshener!!!
GBEverything the workers all lovely helpful they helped me sort my internet phone out so.i could work they let me check.in early I felt very safe within the house and the room.was so clean spotless
