Good river side property with good view and the room service especially jyoti was very helpful n humble

Water pressure varies and water was having stagnant stink

Very expensive for a 2 star property, restaurant is not Air-conditioned, lots of flies, on food. no amenities, water sports package per person 1800 + GST extra not included in pricing. For no amenities 10k a night is overpriced.

The location and the space.

The service . The manager was not at all capable to handle the hotel. He needs training only then staffs will be able to give better service .manager had no clue what's going on.food delayed and even after accepting orders they canceled the food saying some items not available not accepted.

Prices are very high compared to the room size and location. Food in restaurants are also expensive and doubled priced. The ambiance and cleanliness is very good.

BIG LET DOWN. It wasn’t even safe for a couple stay. The Manager was mannerless n rude. Room sizes too small without proper layout. Staff is all locals without any proper training. Toilets not cleaned properly. Water coming out of tap was smelling badly. Even for brush we had to use bottled water. No compound so car has to be parked on the place open to road. No other facilities to spend time for leisure, except for some water sports. Although, we had booking for 3 nights, we left the hotel very next day as we didn’t feel safe at all. Not worth recommending at all. I have lost about 10k for nothing just for believing that property would be good, being on BOOKING.COM and they must have verified the property before taking them on the website. SORRY, a big let down by property and BOOKING.COM
