Room and space.

There was a bad smell in the house all the time forcing us to open windows and doors to air it out. The sitting furniture was old, broken or dingy. A poor secured painting fell breaking it's glass because it was hanging on screws that lacked drywall hangers.

The house is very close to UMD and has easy access to the university. The kitchen has the basic appliances needed to cook a meal, a new fridge, and a dishwasher.

The pans and dishes were dirty and greasy, and the glasses had water inside. It seems that the cleaning crew skipped that by accident, as the rest of the house was clean. The bedrooms don't have anywhere to store clothes during our stay. There are closets, but no clothes hangers or chests of drawers. Having to go through our clothes in a suitcase on the floor is not comfortable. The light bulbs are bright white, making the rooms feel like a commercial kitchen rather than a place to relax. Toilet seats were loose, and the bathtub/shower control was loose and fell constantly. The rear door could also have a coded lock, so we don't need to walk around the house in the rain to come inside the front door when the driveway leads right to the rear door (this would also help keep the house cleaner, with less dirt being dragged inside).

Reasons we booked this home were for it's location, number of bedrooms, having a kitchen, being able to do our own laundry and also having a game room/area to keep our teens off screens and doing something. Upon arrival, we didn't get any check-in instructions, I had to phone and call to try to get check-in procedures. I didn't get anything with the wifi information and also had to reach out to ask for that. Everywhere else I've stayed, I get a check in book with how to get in the home, where to park, wifi info, check out procedures, etc. I got very little to no information and had to reach out to ask for it. Cons: The pool table is pretty much unusable, the cue tips are completely broken off.. One of the cues is completely broken. There is no washing machine even though it is listed under amenities. No other things to do, no games or anything. Cigarette butts all over the yard. The driveway spot that is supposed to be for you, sometimes is occupied by the tenant downstairs. The couches in the living room are NOT comfortable, like at all. Very hard.. Lots of stains and gunk in the living room rugs and on the main couch..Not the best condition. Pros: The beds are decently comfortable and all 3 beds are queens. Lots of pillows. The cleaners did a good job and everything smelled freshly laundered. Kitchen was clean up on arrival!! The kitchen has great amounts of bowls, plates, cups, and eating utensils. The entire kitchen area is very nice and convenient! lots of pots and pans. All utensils one would need to cook a meal. The kitchen has had great attention. The other standout areas would be the bathrooms, both equipped with nice showering facilities and very clean!

Spacious for our family of 4 with a fully functioning kitchen, easy access with the automated door, space on the driveway to park. Abiy was helpful and responsive.

Excellent location in College Park Woods! Spacious living room, convenient dining room, well appointed kitchen. Quiet area and on site parking. We'd definitely stay here again.

Location was perfect for visiting our daughter at the University of Maryland. The house was very spacious and extremely clean. The kitchen was well stocked. Communication was excellent before and during the stay. The host accommodated our need to park two cars which was very helpful. We would definitely stay again when visiting the area.

Very nice house in a great location. The property was exceptionally clean and well put together. The kitchen facilities were great and made breakfast and several of our meals easier to handle. The living room was well-designed for interactive games with my family which was really nice. My kids enjoyed having the pool table available to use. Overall I highly recommend this house to anyone visiting the DC area. It is very close to Greenbelt Metro station and several restaurants and stores. The neighborhood is a quiet one and easy to access. Next time we are visiting DC, we will definitely be back.

A washing machine was listed as an amenity for the property, but one was not there. Had to make alternate arrangements for bath towels and cloths (we were there for five days). Unable to adjust the heat and the rooms became a bit cool in the morning due to the change of season. Other than those two minor things, great place.

The location is great! Within all the beltways needed to go to DC, VA and Baltimore! The house was extremely clean, Abiy was very responsive and all we asked for was provided in an efficient manner.

Not much to dislike, this is a personal preference, I wish there were tv’s in the bedrooms, and maybe a teapot for the kitchen.
