Muscovy Lodge with Hot Tub at Tattershall Lakes Country Park

I would highly recommend this particular lodge River View 13. It was very clean and very spacious with a large bath room with a full size bath in it and a separate shower. Also another shower and toilet room. The living accommodation was a good size to, with everything you need. The varander is large containing a hot tub was safe and secure. It also had 4 dressing gowns for adults and children supplied. Good price . There is a lovely Indian restaurant in Woodhall Spar high street.

The food in the main entertainment club house wasn't great. And the separate fish and chips shop wasn't open on Tuesday.

A beautiful lodge with everything you need in it. Including lovely little extra touches like robes and slippers to use with the hot tub. The location is perfect, nice and quiet with lots of wildlife around and you can watch the sunset from the veranda. We loved our little staycation and are looking at potentially booking again for a few months time. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing stay.

The lodge was clean and presented excellently, with thoughtful touches throughout. The host had left us robes and disposable sliders for the hot tub, pots of jam, tea sugar and coffee, dishwasher tables, washing machine tablets and shower gel, shampoo and conditioner. There was also a Nescafé dolce gusto machine that could be used (need to bring own pods). The bed was super comfy with all bed linen provided. Hot tub was spotless and checked every morning by staff. The kitchen was fully equipped with utensils, cookware and crockery. Showers were brilliant and remained a steady temperature and pressure (unlike some lodge showers!) and although we did not use the bath, it was spotless and looked beautiful. The decking was fully enclosed, perfect for our two dogs to safely roam. Garden furniture was also great and in clean condition. Really enjoyed spending my birthday at this lodge relaxing. We look forward to returning!

The RAF jets doing flying practice was very loud and did scare our dogs for the few hours a day this was going on, but obviously this is out of the hosts control and just one of those things. Just something to be mindful of.

We booked a 4 hour early check in as we were taking a 10 month old, and going away for my sons 30th birthday, so had made plans for what to do when we got there,as we would have all day pretty much We arrived at 1120 am and the lodge had not been prepared for us in any way. I emailed the private owner, who said it should have been done the day before and they would contact the cleaner, but was unable to say when we would be able to get in. At 130 pm the owner emailed to say the cleaner was on the way, i asked if we would be able to get in at normal check in time of 3 pm, which she wasn't sure about. Arrived again at 340 pm, to be told by the cleaner that she had only been there 20 mins and it would not be ready until 430 pm. Finally, after a 5.5 hour wait in total, we were able to access the prepared lodge, but had had to cancel our days plans due to needing to get settled in and having a now aggitated 10 month old, who had been in a car or pushchair for so much longer than anticipated, we hadn't purchased site passes and so were unable to use anything to keep him entertained. Issues once in the lodge. dirty glassware, overly greasy oven,smoked when used, full bathroom bin, blood stained bedding, bath tap fell off ,as did the over head shower head while being used. Owners response......human error,tried my best,glasses are the previous occupants responsibility, one of those things, ill refund the early entry fee and buy a bottle of wine and ill refund it to you, along with a total disregard for any responsibility of the issues and cancelled plans. Then they refused to refund the early entry fee as i complained to booking.com about the other issues, finally received it after 10 days of numerous texts and requests for it, but the whole experience was distressing.

The lodge was clean and very well decorated. The location to watch the typhoons was spot on and it was quietly away from the busier part of the park

There were a couple of little issues - the WIFI was incredibly poor and the hot tub wasn’t working as it should, also couldn’t secure the lid down as the clasps on the lid were broken and we had a bit of high winds where I had to keep going out to put the lid back on!. The cigarette bin at the front is full of cigarettes as you walk in, which isn’t particularly nice and the doormat is easy to trip on. No instructions for anything!. These little things are easy to fix by the owners though and they wouldn’t put us off staying again.

Me and my friends have had an amazing 3 night stay in this lodge! We all loved everything about it! The Lodge was spotless , everything we needed was here, the bed are super comfortable to ! Plus the hot tub was brilliant 👏
