Could not fault the property loverly

Well appointed home with very good living space and a bonus of 2nd toilet & sink. 3 bedrooms albeit small but makes it very versatile for a family.

No Coffee machine as advertised (and also no teapot) Not the cleanest - crockery, glasses & utensils needed a good hot soapy wash. Some health & safety issues. Very rickety stairs into the home but most importantly oven door fell off if trying to open it - hinge not connected!! The replacement electric countertop oven didn't work - seemed to have no electricity. Contacted owner who did respond immediately but no attempts at fixing. Swimming pool closed on Fridays (the day we tried to get in - reception staff didn't advise that the day before when asking about the procedure for booking. Adults have to pay £5 a day to book swimming or use the restaurant - kids £4)

The site itself was good. Immaculate clean and good things to do for the kids.

We had to clean the floor on arrival as it felt dirty. The oven door was broken.. so it was unusable for the week. Cupboard draw broken. No hairdryer as stated. And didn't pack one. Some items of clothing left behind from previous people. 6 pm of day 3 no water on site until 3.30 the following day. Had to leave a day early. Was compensated by the owner.

We enjoyed the layout of the caravan and the two bathrooms, enough space for the whole family to stay comfortably The veranda was really nice to chill out and the table and chairs. Also addition of a BBQ was fab Beds were relatively comfortable and enough linen especially with the towels included Good fast WiFi and TV Happy to see some toys there for kids and board games. Great location 5 min from the sea, playground area and the indoor bar /mini arcade. 45 mins from Faversham swimming pool, huckleberry woods and the large supermarkets 5 mins away there is 2 corner shops, bakery and fish n chips plus the main seafront promenade and big arcades. Plenty to do

Felt that it was not cleaned well smelt a bit musty of dogs Dusty rooms and litter found such as vape, lolly sticks, dust and hairs Could have done with kids plates and cutlery if possible The mop supplied was not fit for use
