Very clean and close to the station

Since we have big luggages, needed to bring them up by stairs (no elevators). Also we struggled to open the door a little bit. We needed a little bit tweak to open the door. But eventually it was okay.

The apartment is nice and well equipped, although the walls are in pretty bad shape (they need a painting), and since they take a deposit of 100€ on the credit card for any damage you could make to the house, I was a bit worried. The kitchenette is well equipped and the living room is very nice, with a lot of light and nice furniture. If you want to be close to the train station the apartment is very well located. If you want to be in the city center, consider that it will be about 30 minute walk. The subway is very close and handy, but at night you might have to wait 25 minutes for a train. I booked the apartment with a substantial discount, if I had paid the full price it wouldn't be worthy the money.

There was some mold in the bedroom, and I think that in winter it can be pretty bad. I asked repeatedly for an invoice of my payment, because I need it for work refunding, and they didn't provide any. In Portugal it is illegal not to release an invoice upon payment, so I was very upset with this kind of behaviour. I'm still trying to get one, which means I'm wasting my time on something that should be automatically granted (Booking.com doesn't provide any assistance on this).

Great location by Campanha railway station with quick and easy rail / metro access to central Porto and further afield. The apartment was spacious and clean and there was excellent communication from the hosts.

Nothing to dislike.

Sofa bed it's quite old and need to be changed. Bathroom needed a bit renovation. And the entrance to the room os quite high. If you have big and heavy bags with you, then you will struggle a bit.

Está limpio. Ordenado, equipada. Reformado con gusto. Detalle de kit para cocinar y toallas en buen estadio.

La habitacion grande es muy humeda y huele a humedad Recomiendo un humidificador. Falta bayetas y trapos para cocina. Resto muy bien.

Pese a reservas una estancia para 3 personas, hubo problemas con el check in porque decían que eran solo dos. Encima nos pidieron en efectivo una fianza de 250 € con los que no contábamos.
