The resort is beautifully designed, very clean, and extremely comfortable. Having a private pool in front of the room was amazing 🏊‍♂️💦. The atmosphere is calm, safe, and surrounded by fresh air 🌿. Breakfast was generous and delicious, and dinner was excellent too (the fish was especially good 🐟👌). Staff service was outstanding , always smiling, polite, and genuinely caring. Special thanks to Era at the front office for the warm welcome and to Pande for being so kind and reliable. The free shuttle to Ubud center was very convenient, and we also appreciated being able to rent a motorcycle 🛵 and book trips directly at the resort. Location is perfect, only 10 minutes from Ubud, but far enough to enjoy peace and quiet.

Honestly, everything was excellent, nothing to complain about.

Nulla in particolare. Se posso dare un suggerimento, consiglio di aumentare il servizio della navetta verso il centro di Ubud per migliorare ulteriormente il servizio.

Le lieu est très joli L’hôtel est très beau situé en plein milieu de la forêt

La salle de sport était défaillante Hors nous avons pris cet hotel justement à cause de ça 2 des machines ne fonctionnaient pas Le sauna était en maintenance La fontaine à eau était vide C’est un peu décevant De plus la nourriture n’était pas très bonne Le personnel un peu envahissant et maladroit

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und den Aufenthalt unglaublich genossen. Die Zimmer sind modern und geräumig und uns hat insbesondere die ruhige Lage besonders gefallen. Vom Frühstück bis zur Anwendung im Spa stimmte hier einfach alles und auch das Personal war sehr freundlich!

"With the hectic nature of Ubud and the traffic, it was a nice oasis away from the chaos."

Beautiful modern and incredibly peaceful. The staff were outstanding and the room was delightfully comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and extensive.

We have to wait over an hour in the hot sun for our ride back to the hotel one day due to double bookings and extreme traffic. More vegetarian options for dinner please.
