Pros: Fairly well kept property, tidy, spacious, interesting design-work. My first few nights I stayed in the 6-bed mixed dorm. It's large enough for 6 people, has two bathrooms. AC works good. Shower is warm/hot. Pool is lovely, clean and great addition of bean bags around decking for lounging vs chairs that would take up too much space. There is a walk-up pool bar if thats your thing. out of the downtown area so noise is not usually an issue - unless you're adverse to Roosters (which you can't really get away from in Cebu). Rooms have daily housekeeping as the turn-over for new travellers is frequent. The addition of the clothing/dry-racks outside the doors is great for keeping wet bathing suits out of the rooms. They offer on-site drinking water + coffee/tea & hot water. Staff are helpful & friendly.

Cons: No option for female-only dorm. They have no reading light or any lighting with each bed so there is no option to read a book at night without using your phone flashlight. No 'blanket' on the bed, only a sheet which can be too chilly with running AC at night...I saw other travellers using their bath towels draped over them to keep warm. I think this needs to be changed because I literally had to wear socks and long shirt/pants to stay warm - its not ideal to turn AC off because it gets stuffy with 6 people in the room with the outside temps. The lounge area for guests is kinda small/cramped and not comfy seating - its only wood benches so its a short-term sitting spot but it uncomfortable for sititing to do computer-work. Also, the lounge area is directly outside the rooms, so its noisy to sleep at night if travellers want to stay up chatting or early-am guests getting ready for snorkel/dive or canyonerring (which is nearly everyday). Location is outside of the main area, but close enough to walk...just know you'll be walking or rent yourself a scooter. Lockers in each room are provided (but not large enough to fit bags, but there is also some space under each bed. Ps: you can book tours with reception but they charge more than the local businesses in the main town

Très très bien placé, la piscine, accueil, service laundry sur place. La chambre individuelle est bien et literie également. Une petit table pr poser la lampe de chevet serait un plus, une raclette dans la salle de bain pr évacuer l eau après la douche serait un plus également.

Bruyant (plus calme entre 0h et 6h du matin), manque des rideaux plus occultants

Nous avons voyagé à 4 et avions deux chambres. Chambres très propres et confortables. Les espaces communs avec la piscine sont très agréables ! Emplacement très bien, dans le centre mais au calme. Nous avons adoré notre séjour.

Great location, facilities and staff

For a brand new place there are some issues. Main problem for me is every time I tried to get into my room the key wouldn't work and just kept spinning. I would have to go get a staff member to try until it just decided to unlock.
