Brand new hostel with very friendly staff. Pool bar was awesome and had a great happy hour with delicious cocktails. 2 bathrooms in our dorm room, so you weren’t waiting for bathrooms ever. Good location as well. Liz was so nice and welcoming. We were very happy with our stay and would definitely recommend Hat Trick for fellow backpackers! They helped us arrange day trips and prices were super reasonable.

We enjoyed our stay at The Hat Trick Hostel very much. When we entered the hostel after a long journey we felt very warmly welcomed. The staff is super friendly and very helpful.

The only thing that was a bit annoying was the noise in the morning connected to the screaming cocks in the neighborhood which started around 3 am. But if you used ear plugs it was okay.

The staff and the owners are very friendly. Great pool and pool bar.

I was a bit cold during the night and requested a blanket. Given the hostel was so new, they didn't have it. They gave me additional sheets instead. But the owner assured me they bought blankets so they would have available for future guests.

New hostel close to the main street of Moalboal area (10 minute walk). Very nice swimming pool to have a drink by the end of an active day. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

Not an option to have breakfast at the hostel Ursel and not many breakfast places in the surroundings. Would be great if that will be accommodated in the future.

Everything is great about this place, everyone who works here is so helpful to and even the cocktails at the bar is great!

This spot is a little gem. The English owners were on site when I stayed and they were VERY friendly & helpful - not stingy like other hostels I've been to... very accommodating! The local staff at this hostel was extremely helpful and spoke great English too. The pool was really clean & nice w/a fun ambiance and a swim up bar. I stayed in the mixed dorm room w/only 4 beds and it was nice & easy. Owners are still working on finally touches on the property and rooms, it's only opened around 3 months ago. I loved that they had cups & tea / coffee /sugar/creamer available near the rooms w/Hot & Cold water filtration system.
