The bathtub drain didnt drain well

Matt was an excellent host and a nice friendly person! Because of delays at the car rental agency, we arrived late, and he was there waiting for us! He even offered to get us some groceries for a good start next day, lent us snorkeling equipment and was available all the time for questions and help. The apartment was clean, and well-ventilated (keep in mind, if you come from northern regions, that summer months in Rincón and PR in general are quite hot). The place is close to the center of Rincón where one finds attractive shops and pleasant small restaurants. Beaches?: many, just five to fifteen minutes away by car. Matt makes surfing boards and can offer surfing training for a reasonable fee. I recommend with no hesitation Casa Mia Guest House!

Quiet, safe neighborhood. Good location, close to everything. Very clean, nice bathroom. Great body mirror. Very small room. Overall we just needed a place to safely sleep and this was just that.

Value for money, expensive for 1 night stay. Ive stayed at larger locations near the beach with more space and better conditions. Not many outlets available to connect hot tools, or chargers. A/C didn't really cool the room even after leaving it on for 3+ hours. The lighting in the room is very dim. It's a bit misleading with the pictures, versus the room you actually get. Read the description carefully before booking.
