"Don’t waste your money here."

Nothing

Put us in a different room than the one I reserved. Walls are paper thin, hear everything outside. There’s a lady banging on someone’s door and yelling Ayoooo at 11:30 pm and then a rooster crowing at 4 am.

"I would recommend for a place to stay in Butuan, although requires some travelling to nearby malls or places, but right"

The property was overall nice. The garden is cute. Definitely worth it.

Could use a hot shower, but nonetheless I am not complaining with the absence of such. And not sure whether the rooms are really sound-proof.
