La struttura molto carina e confortevole , vicino alla stazione del bus . Signora delle pulizie un po’ rabbiosa

Un aspetto che potrebbe essere migliorato riguarda l’illuminazione della strada di accesso: all’inizio del percorso non ci sono luci e l’illuminazione è presente solo nella parte finale, vicino alla struttura. Per chi arriva a piedi, soprattutto la sera, questo può risultare un po’ inquietante, in particolare per le ragazze che viaggiano da sole. Un miglioramento dell’illuminazione renderebbe l’accesso più sicuro e confortevole per tutti gli ospiti.

Mancava la lavastoviglie. Di sera l'accesso alla casa e' un po' buio.

Everything was perfect. Location perfect, easy to find it, felt safe to coming back to house in the evening too. Quiet place with the gorgeous view from balcony. Highly recomending. Grazie Giusy!

We booked this place via Booking, assuming it was a hotel, but it turned out to be a private house with two guest rooms. We paid 100 euros per night, which is definitely not cheap, yet the whole stay was full of issues and left us extremely disappointed and uneasy. To start with, the room was freezing cold during our stay in Anacapri. Even with the air conditioner set to 30°C, it never got warm enough. We were only provided with thin blankets and had to wear our down jackets indoors all the time. We asked for thicker quilts, but they were delivered a full day later. The hot water supply was a huge trouble. Hot water only lasted 10 to 15 minutes each time, not even enough for one person to take a proper shower and wash hair, let alone two of us. We were told the water would reheat quickly, but after waiting 1 or 2 hours, it was still ice cold. It takes 3 to 4 hours or even longer to heat up again. We had no choice but to take turns showering, one in the morning and the other in the evening. There is no daily housekeeping service at all. When we requested room cleaning, we were told the room would only be cleaned after check-out. The narrow path leading to the property has no street lights at night. It is pitch dark and creepy, making us feel unsafe every time we came back after dark. What scared us most was the serious safety problem. One early morning, someone kept trying to unlock our door with a key and banged on the door constantly. Luckily we had locked the door from the inside, otherwise the person would have broken in. We were terrified at that moment. This place has two rooms in total, and we had no idea whether the person was a staff member or another guest. He made no explanation at all. The management never gave us any notice or apology about this incident afterwards. We spotted the same person again on the check-out day, but still got no clarification. We strongly suggest all guests lock the door with the key inserted inside for safety.

Apartament situat aproape de toate punctele de interes din Anacapri, dotat cu aproape tot ce trebuie. Ca si recomandare as putea enumera: -ar fi frumos sa fim intampinati cu putina cafea daca tot este masina de cafea si recipientul dar gol - ar fi bine sa găsim o rola de hârtie -unul din prosoape a fost murdar dar a fost înlocuit de către proprietara.

The view is simply incredible. We watched the sunset directly from the balcony every day, and it was truly unforgettable. The apartment is very clean, bright, and has everything needed for a comfortable stay. The location is excellent — very close to the central street of Anacapri with many shops, the bus stop, Villa San Michele, and the Monte Solaro chairlift. At night it was very quiet, which made our stay even more relaxing. This accommodation exceeded my expectations. The host was very kind and responsive. I highly recommend staying here!

Struttura davvero splendida. La casa si è presentata pulitissima, estremamente accogliente e curata nei dettagli. Ho apprezzato tantissimo sia l'ospitalità sia la posizione, strategica e vicinissima al centro. L'unico neo, se proprio devo trovarne uno, è il balcone che è collegato a quello della casa accanto, il che limita un po' la riservatezza. Nonostante questo, ci tornerei volentieri

L'appartamento era stupendo, letto comodo. Lo staff era molto gentile.

La strada per arrivare all'appartamento era da rifare e la sera non c'è luce.
