"Cosy property with helpful owner"

The owner was very sweet and helpful. She noticed we didn't have dinner and brought us fruits to eat. She was trying hard to make our stay pleasant and help us in any way she could. Nice and clean newly built and well maintained rooms. Helpful owners. Must recommend staying if you are in the area.

The woman who works here was very friendly. She had my laundry done in just a few hours. The room was very clean and quiet. Great aircon and hot water. Nice TV, but I never used it. For $11 a night, well worth it.

Excellent clean and cheap rooms in Cao Bang. easy walk to great food and everything you need in town. it’s a new guesthouse and the owner is super kind and accommodating.

Clean, modern rooms. Incrediblely friendly proprietor. I wanted to stay another night, but the hotel booked. She found me a different place that was just as nice for the same price.

Everything from the pillow to bathroom was completely new. She also booked me a bus to Quảng Ninh and waited with me on the road, checking that I get on the right bus, and all free of charge.

"lovely staff, brand new hotel"

The receptionist was really nice and helpful even though she couldn’t speak English. The hotel is brand new and super clean.

The bed is really hard, wifi password is indecipherable.
