"Disappointed with room 19."

Didn't eat there.

A long heavy vertical mirror fell off the bedroom wall, the frame hung by a small thin screw, inappropriate for the weight. Floorboards squeaking and giving way under carpet. An electric socket for bedside light was hanging loosely, dangerously unattached to wall. An electric socket for the bed side light was hanging loosely, unattached to the wall.

Such friendly welcoming and felt comfortable and a home from home feeling, great location and very clean rooms and lovely and quiet. John is such a character with a warm, welcoming smile.

"Lovely hotel with everything you need for a cheap break"

Host was very friendly and helpful, it was a bonus having a gated car park, and close to city centre. Plenty of refreshments in the room and the bed was super comfy!

The room needed the odd touch ups cosmetically for eg a plug socket was hanging off the wall. - this did not affect my stay.
