A great location away from restaurants and bars. The small kitchen gives you the opportunity to cook your favourite dishes and dine on the large terrace, which also has sun loungers.

Lovely property right on the Adriatic Sea in the Santo Spirito neighbourhood of Bari. Great location near local restaurants and shops. A beautiful rooftop patio for lounging and enjoying the views. Nicely appointed facilities with gated private parking. Excellent coffee machine with plenty of complementary coffee pods. The host Nunzia is very gracious and courteous.

Would be nice to have a washer/dryer and some simple amenities like paper towels, kitchen washcloth and drying towels, etc. Guests should be aware that there are multiple units in the building so be sure you know which unit you will occupy. The stairs are narrow and steep so be careful with luggage if you are in the second or third floor units.

We had the apartment on the second floor. It has a nice terrace with a partial view of the sea. Located away from the noise of the city, good equipped and has a nice host. Restaurants in walking distance. Unfortunately, the host does not speak English, but we managed to understand each other. There was a problem with the drain in the bathroom, but she reacted immediately and solved the issue promptly. In general good experience.

Not the cleanest place though... Some dishes were dirty and we had to wash them again, the fridge was a bit dirty, and the bathroom could have been cleaned better. It's ok, but not the best. A lot of ants. If you leave some food or a dirty dish they will attack it immediately. In general, the area around Bari is full of garbage everywhere. Obviousley, the locals and authorities don't care much about the environment and the beautiful nature they have.. which is sad.

The area has a lot of facilities that you would require. Plenty of food shops, cafes, supermarkets, restaurants.

A bit noisy in the mornings due to all the works going on. Restructuring the area I guess.

Very clean, a lot of space, nice garden and terrace overlooking sea. Lovely landlady♥️

The apartment is really nice with a huge terrace where you can enjoy a meal or lie in the sun. It is located near (walking distance - by the sea) a number of restaurants and bars but still far enough to enjoy quite times during the day. It is really close to Bari airport which was important for us since we had an early morning flight back home. The apartment has a private parking.

We would have appreciated some dishtowels or paper towels available in the kitchen but everything else was really great.

The flat, the view, the terrace.It was clean.Very comfortable bed. It is a good option for a budget stay if you visit the area. It has an easy connection to Bari, and the little marina there has bars and restaurants. The host was very friendly

The surroundings of the building with delirict buildings on the opposite of the street. There were some strange people there. Also, the furniture at the balcony was full of sand, and there was nothing to clean it with
